Pixel Planet is now open in Hanmer Springs at The Village Shopping Centre.

We will be easily accessible and within walking distance from most local hotels and accommodations.

3. What is the age limit for the attractions?

• Pixel Grid: Suitable for all ages, with a minimum age of 4 years old.

• VR Simulator: Suitable for ages 5 years and up.

5. How long do the experiences last ?

• Pixel Grid: 15 minutes 

• X- Ship 6 Seater VR : Between 8 - 10 minutes

• Race VR : 3 Laps for a Full Race Session

• 360 VR : 6 - 10 minutes 

• VR Machine Gun : 10 minutes

• VR Surfboard : 8 -10 minutes

• Massage Chair : 20 minutes

• Group Combo : 25 minutes

6. Do you have parking available ?
We do not have on-site parking. However, there is off-street parking available in the town centre, and our venue is within walking distance from most hotels in the area.

7. Can we bring food or drinks ?
We insist that food must be eaten outside of the venue . We do provide drinks to purchase in-store and we insist that any drink must be outside of both the Pixel Grid and VR simulator gaming areas.

8. Is there anything I need to know before coming ?

• The Pixel Grid is fun for all ages, while the VR Simulator is best suited for guests aged 5 and up.

• Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, as you may need to move around during both experiences.

 

9. Is booking required ?
While we do accept walk-ins, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially on busy weekends and rainy days. You can book a session by calling the store on 03 424 56 59 or in store .

Our VR simulators feature a variety of interactive and immersive games, ranging from adventure to action-packed experiences. Whether you're exploring a new world or testing your skills, there's something for everyone!
