1. Where are you located?
Pixel Planet is now open in Hanmer Springs at The Village Shopping Centre.
We are easily accessible and within walking distance from most local hotels and accommodations.
2. What are your opening hours?
Monday: 10am - 6pm

3. What is the age limit for the attractions?

Pixel Grid: Suitable for all ages, with a minimum age of 4 years old.

VR Simulator: Suitable for ages 5 years and up.

Children under 12 must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises. Drop-offs are not permitted. Pixel Planet is an interactive entertainment venue and not a childcare service.

6. Do you have parking available?
We do not have on-site parking. However, there is off-street parking available in the town centre, and our venue is within walking distance from most hotels in the area.
7. Can we bring food or drinks?
We insist that food must be eaten outside of the venue. We do provide drinks to purchase in-store, and we insist that any drink must be outside of both the Pixel Grid and VR simulator gaming areas.
8. Is there anything I need to know before coming?

The Pixel Grid is a fun and engaging experience for all ages, while the VR Simulator is recommended for guests aged 5 years and over.

For your comfort and safety, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing, as both experiences may involve movement and physical activity.

Pixel Grid Footwear Requirements:
The Pixel Grid is primarily a barefoot experience to ensure guest safety and help protect the interactive tiles. If shoes are worn, they must be clean and free of dirt, stones, and other debris. Please note that socks are not recommended, as they can be slippery on the playing surface. -
Grip socks are available for purchase at reception for $4.00 per pair.

9. Is booking required?
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time especially during the weekend and rainy days.
You can easily book online through our booking page by selecting your preferred experience. Alternatively, feel free to call us on 03 424 56 59 or visit us in-store.
10. How far in advance can I book a time slot?
To help us manage peak demand and provide the best possible experience, reservations during busy periods must be made at least 1 hour in advance.
For example, bookings for 1:00pm will close at 12:00pm.

Our VR simulators offer limitless adventures for the entire family.
